of the Parish Council Meeting held at The Village hall on Tuesday 22nd March 2005 after the Annual Parish Meeting |
| (1) Present: Messrs.
Robert Jones(Chairman), Stuart Hurst, David Johnson, Mrs Jenny Lees &
M.N. Bown (Clerk) 9 parishioners were present and D.C. Graham Hart . (2) Apologies: Apologies received from C C David Jennings. (3) Minutes of Meeting Held on 18th January 2005:- These had been circulated and were read and signed by the Chairman. (4) Matters Arising:- No matters arising. (5) Planning Applications:- (a) No 05/00345/FUL Submitted by Mr H Evans, Hall Farm, St Peters Road, Arnesby. " Substitution of house types to plots 3 and 4 (revised scheme to plot 3 planning no. 03/00505/FUL and to plot 4 no. 00/01498/FUL) No Objections. (b) No 04/01620/FUL Appeal ref. APP/F2415/A/05/1175858. Submitted by Mr and Mrs D Tillyard, Reynolds Farm, St Peter's Road, Arnesby."Erection of extension to rear of existing garage for storage of tractor and mower (resubmission of planning app. no. 03/01773/FUL) Report sent by Parish Council still stands i.e. The building will be on agricultural land and therefore can only be used for agricultural machinery. (c) No 05/00357/TCA. Submitted by Mr and Mrs Lenton, South View, St Peter's Road, Arnesby. "Work to Sycamore Tree", No Objections (6) To Consider Matters Arising From Annual Parish Meeting:- a )Clerk to obtain quote for New noticeboard and renovation of present noticeboard from Paul Williams.(if able) b) Clerk to write to David Jennings to thank him for his help, c) Clerk to compose circular re parking, parking on pavements .
