of the Parish Council Meeting held at The Conference Centre on Tuesday 27th September 2005 at 7.30 pm |
| . (1) Present: Messrs. Robert Jones(Chairman). Stuart Hurst. Mrs Jenny Lees & M. N. Bown (Clerk) 4 parishioners were present. (2) Apologies:- Apologies received from David Johnson. (3) Minutes of Meeting Held on 31st. May 2005:- These had been circulated and were read and signed by the Chairman. Mrs J Lees asked that in the reference to development of land owned by Loseby Charity in item (7), it should be made clear that use and recreation by School and Village will be by invitation only. (4) Matters Arising:- a) No further development on Motorbike Scramble site, b) No further development on tree planting in verge on Oak/Church Lane corner. (5) Repairs to Bus Shelter Roof:- Clerk reported that it was now complete at a cost of £620.50 which included a lining of plywood inside. (6) Audited Accounts for 2004/5:- The audit was complete and it was agreed to pay T Emmony £10 for his internal audit. (7) Planning Applications:- (a) 05/01057/FUL Submitted by:- Wheatcroft and Son. 'Erection of wall and entrance gates to farm buildings on South side of Lutterworth Road'. No Objections (b) 05/01071/FUL Submitted by :- Mr H Borrell, The Paddock, St. Peter's Road, Arnesby.' Erection of detached garage to rear and garden wall' No Objections providing he has right of access. (8) Signing cheques. No 366 ABB Ltd £50.58. No 367 Powergen £ 138.65. No 368 J McGuinness £620 50. No 369 Powergen £138 65. No 370 Hacker Young £58.75. No 371 ABB Ltd £58.75 No 372 T Emmony £10. (9) a) Mrs J Lees and Bob Jones reported that the problem of dog fouling was still with us, especially around the school, b) The Council was asked to have the lampstandard in St Peter's Road (below the Church) secured, the clerk was asked to get a price to relocate it, Mr Borrell of The Paddock' offered to pay the cost.
