(3) Election of Chairman:- Mrs Stella Elliott took
the chair and Robert Jones was
elected unanimously.
(4) Election of Vice Chairman:- Mrs Jenny Lees was
elected unanimously.
Robert Jones then resumed the Chair.
(5) Local Authorities (Model Code of Conduct Order 2007 (SI
No 1159):
-Members of the Parish Council agreed to accept the revised model code
of conduct for members of local authorities effective from 3rd May 2007.
(6) Minutes of Meeting Held on 19th June 2007 :- These
had been circulated and were read and signed by the Chairman.
(7) Matters Arising:-
(a) No information had been received from the Enforcement Officer Re.
Planning problems.
(b) The problem of 'Dog Fouling' on the grass verge on field lane to
Shearsby had been dealt with by the complainant.
(c) A letter had been received from the Proprietors of 'Little India',
saying that they had dealt with the problem of discharge of fat into
the drains and would monitor it in future.
(d) It was unlikely that the damage to the Bus shelter had gone further
than being reported to the police, clerk to make further enquiries.
(7) Appointment of Loseby Charity Trustees:- Mrs Jenny Lees and Stuart
Hurst were
re elected.
(8) Audit 2006/7:- The accounts had been audited internally
by Terry Emmony and
had been sent to the Auditors. It was agreed to pay Terry the usual
fee.
(9) Planning Applications:-

Farm, Arnesby lane, Arnesby. 'Single and two storey extension to office
building' Objections Query necessity for what is still only
