AEROBICS - 6 Week Course
Starts Monday 9th March at 6:30pm in Arnesby Village Hall

Aerobics will improve your fitness and help you loose weight.
These classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
The class will include some toning and abdominal work.
PILATES: 6 Week course

Pilates will help to
improve your mental and physical well-being,
increase your flexibility,
strengthen your muscles,
help you to flatten your tummy,
strengthen your back,
improve your posture and increase your mobility.
This class is suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced
and uses Pilates mat based and standing exercises - which are non-impact and suitable for all ages and genders.
SPECIAL RATE of only £3.50 per class
